Doctor and staff are very nice, thoughtful, and answer all your questions.
I requested a lab test, was told it's not reliable. Best test would be a scope, did a scope never got tested for original complaint. Then offered the "unreliable" test, agreed to do it out of desperation for an answer. 7 days no meds 24 hr diet that turned into 48 because the prescription drink that was supposed to be ordered was not. Called to get it called it 2 days in row. No response, no sense of urgency. Day 3 back to my meds, untested and frustrated. I end up getting a call and the prescription called in.
