I had a really positive experience at Isaly Counseling in Carnegie. The staff was kind, professional, and easy to work with. The office is comfortable and convenient, and I always felt supported. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for counseling in the Pittsburgh area.
Had to change providers.. This one is consistently late. But if you're late you get reprimanded as this is unacceptable.. She has completely forgotten my appointment. No call no show.. If you were to do this you would be hit with financial charges and you would be reminded how unacceptable this is, and how important their time is.. She will provide you with a "sorry" and then say "therapists are human too".. This is all you get. As she comes off proud and unapologetic.
