I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I waited for over three hours and was initially told that I was behind three people in line, with no appointment system in place. However, when it was finally close to my turn, two additional customers were allowed to go ahead of me. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they stated that those individuals were “first,” which directly contradicted what I had been told earlier.
