Isaksen Solar installed our solar panels on the coldest snowiest day of the year. I was worried about them falling off the roof but there was no need to worry about the installer team. They were skilled, efficient, strong, enthusiastic, hard working installers. I was beyond impressed. The whole Isaksen organization couldn't have been more polite and helpful in all aspects of our experience with them. Great service and installation. Super professional. I got a 22 panel system. Isaksen did the permitting and clean installation. The app works great. Eversource takes a while to replace the meter.
Isaksen has been a relentless advocate in my effort to get Tesla to correct their error and get my Solar renewable production credits. TESLA refuses to do the right thing. Isaksen agrees with me and has done all they can do to help my effort against greedy unhelpful TESLA. I highly recommend Isaksen and their efforts to help me. Service and support is so important and TESLA is the worst.
Brad and his team were top notch the entire way through, from design, implementation and customer service. They stayed top of the project over an extended period and were professional in every respect, including continuing to monitor and optimize the array after project completion. So glad I selected them as our provider - I can't recommend them more strongly.
