I realized I lost my solar inverter when I got a hefty electric bill. I got the inverter shipped through solar edge, under warranty, but I needed to have it installed and connected to my system. I called a couple of places and got very vague estimates, far more expensive than Isaksen Solar. Cannot rave enough about Isaksen! We were constantly being approached by solar companies but after research found Isaksen was the best fit. It started from our initial sales conversation (no pressure, working with us), through permitting, project installation and after - their customer service is superior! They answered all of our questions, helped with all the paperwork and next steps and kept us informed along the way. I am glad Isaksen solar was the company I decided to use. Inside sales manager Michelle Demelo was great to work with . Her communication and honesty made me feel comfortable with moving forward with this project . I have a newer home and was hesitate to put panels on my roof . Michelle took the time and came up with a few designs to help keep a clean look on my house with also staying within a price I was happy with .
