Dr. Elkayam always take the time to thoroughly review and suggest options for any health issues I've had, and my health has improved as a result. My spouse has insurance through UCLA but I've remained with Optum because Dr. Elkayam and everyone on staff has made my experience reliably great. I highly recommend this office.
I had the same problem as Van Do. One chick didn't know what a pap test was let alone a mammogram! Now I got a doc who's 71! I met a Dr Peter Chang. He's a really great doctor! He's at the Pasadena facility. I see if it's not to far. This West hills facility is all wrong!!
My husband and I had the same bad experience with this doctor’s office. They called us the day before the appointment to cancel and reschedule us because the doctor went on paternity leave. We were ok with that and rescheduled. Then we got another phone call right before the new appointment to be told that we don’t have the doctor in our network. All in all, we wasted 2 months with this office.
I’m very happy with the medical care provided by optimum and Dr. Elkayam.
