we had someone clean the carpets before, but it didn’t turn out well at all. i needed fast help before new tenants moved in, so i called and was surprised they could fit me in right away. austin showed up in about 10 minutes and did an amazing job—everything looked spotless and fresh, and the carpets smelled great. the technician was very friendly and made sure everything was just how we wanted. we hadn’t used this carpet cleaning service before, but now we plan to call them again for future move outs!
