austin is AMAZING! i honestly thought the carpet couldn't be saved. the previous tenants left the carpets in terrible shape, with strong dog odors and dark stains along all the main walkways. austin was able to fit me in at the last minute, and when he showed up, he went above and beyond. he used a powerful deodorizer to completely get rid of the pet smells, and after a deep cleaning, the carpet looked almost brand new! i've had other carpet cleaners come out before, but they charged more and didn’t get these kinds of result... read more
