I can’t say enough good things about the carpet cleaning service I received! I needed a last-minute carpet cleaning, and they handled my request with great professionalism and care. Austin came out quickly, explained everything about the job, and worked hard to make sure the stained carpet in my conference room looked spotless and smelled fresh. Cesar was really good and helpful when it came to my carpets and rugs. i had four different rugs needing a deep clean—one azeri wool, two oriental, and one persian. I called yesterday for a quote and clearly described the areas to be cleaned, along with the total size. An appointment was set for 11 AM. However, starting from 9 AM, they began calling repeatedly, claiming they had arrived. When they finally showed up, the staff walked all over my house with their shoes on. Worst of all, they demanded more than double the original quoted price. This company has zero integrity and no respect for customers’ time or property. Save yourself the trouble – look elsewhere.
