Waited all of Sunday for them to show up. I eventually got a call at 2pm saying he come at 6pm im evening. I understand sometimes a job can take longer, but courtesy calls are free and easy. Also, I called a few times in the middle of the day to see how they are pacing. Every time, I would get a response that will call you right back (and that didn't happen)

These guys are amazing! My dog had an accident and made a mess on my carpet, so I needed a quick carpet cleaning. Choosing Isaiah & Sons Carpet Service for my carpet cleaning was a great decision. My positive experience began right from the first call with Cesar, who was very helpful and made scheduling easy. I can’t say enough good things about the carpet cleaning service I received! I needed a last-minute carpet cleaning, and they handled my request with great professionalism and care. Austin came out quickly, explained everything about the job, and worked hard to make sure the stained carpet in my conference room looked spotless and smelled fresh. Cesar was really good and helpful when it came to my carpets and rugs. i had four different rugs needing a deep clean—one azeri wool, two oriental, and one persian. Cesar took his time to look over each rug and explained his plan based on the different fabrics. what i liked most was how he taught me what to do if there are any common stains in the future. the oriental rug had some tough cat urine stains, but Cesar brought in his machine and cleaned it on the spot while he was at my apartment in Atherton. he took the other th... read more
