Our relationship with Isaiah Industries began when we were looking for a roof that would complement our historic 1818-built home. We worked closely with Scott and ultimately chose a beautiful aluminum shingle that was a perfect fit. As craftsmen ourselves, we took the time to learn the ins and outs of the installation process. I am an engineer and Do-It-Yourself roofer. I have helped replace 7 or 8 asphalt roofs in my life. I studied roofing options online for nearly 6 months before settling on this company and this product as best value. Financially the Universal Standing Seam metal roof was a stretch for my budget. The two most significant decision points became, 1) The distinct and wonderful pre-purchase support of the staff. The owner of the company even reached out to me and put me in contact with a local roofing company that is certified in installing their metal products. On top of that, they sent a company representative, a pretty good distance across state lines, to meet us and make sure our roof was installed correctly! I have had a metal roof from Classic Products for 16 years now and recently had an issue with it. Marlen Bourne and his team from Isaiah Industries came to the rescue. They didn't hesitate for a minute whether to back their products they just came up with a plan and executed it.
