Thorough and professional, while also very nice and personable. Listens well when speaking about health issues and takes time to understand the problem and complete any needed physical assessments.

He's relocated twice in the past 6 months and I've had an appointment for a month and half now at the first place he relocated to. That's the soonest appointment that was available. I call the day before to confirm my appointment because I haven't heard from them and somebody canceled my appointment in their system and failed to notify me of anything going on. My surgery is a week from now and I don't have what I need . Im also getting the run around.Dropped the ball poor communication.
