This gym. Wow. Just the sheer volume of life-building under one roof is astonishing. I have to trained under Coach Dan & Misty’s guidance, and ran a few DEKA races and I’ve never felt so confident that their heart was with their people. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and the simple care for another human being is unmatched. The gym community here has shown more than physical strength, it’s a tribe!
Definitely a new experience for me but I love it. Trainers are amazing and supporting. They have helped me in strengthening my body not just physically but also mentally. I was looking for a gym because I needed to prioritize my overall health, lose weight, and be more active daily. Isaiah 40:31 Fitness allows me to achieve those goals and then some. Joining Isaiah 40:31 Fitness was the best decision! It has made such a big difference for me. I have seen real improvements in my running, strength, and confidence, just by consistently showing up and doing the workouts. As someone who needs structure and guidance in the gym, I appreciate that the workouts are already planned out for you. You just come in and do what is on the board.
