Definitely a new experience for me but I love it. Trainers are amazing and supporting. They have helped me in strengthening my body not just physically but also mentally. I found Isaiah 40:31 fitness at the right time in my life, and I found it via a Google search. I was looking for a gym because I needed to prioritize my overall health, lose weight, and be more active daily. Isaiah 40:31 Fitness allows me to achieve those goals and then some. Joining Isaiah 40:31 Fitness was the best decision! It has made such a big difference for me. I have seen real improvements in my running, strength, and confidence, just by consistently showing up and doing the workouts. As someone who needs structure and guidance in the gym, I appreciate that the workouts are already planned out for you. You just come in and do what is on the board.
