make sure you gutters don't flow backwards, your ladders open, you get an expansion joint not control joint if spec'd, the fir downs are correct and don't have to be cut out, your garage doesnt leak and they don't cut out around your hinge pins before you pay the bill. still trying to get things fixed over 4 years now!
