Very frustrating testing experience. For remote proctored exams, they have a system compatibility check but it’s an INCOMPLETE check. You also need to have local administrator access, which effectively means you can’t use a work laptop. Despite passing the compatibility check when scheduling the exam, my wife had to forfeit the costly $600 exam fee because she did not have admin access.
