Awful. Dismissive and unhelpful
I find Dr. Van Altum to be very caring and easy to talk too. Definitely recommend!!
My last two visits were positive and informative. I left the office understanding my issues and knowing my course of action. Everyone I met was very professional and helpful. Thank you everyone for taking care of me. LC
NO integrity or Compassion...this is 3rd time that the STAFF has caused issues and fail to acknowledge and take accountability for their laziness and incompetence!!! As a WTC patient for the last 8 years....this is the ONLY office that has caused problems...The SURGICAL COORDINATOR failed to get a preauthorization for a procedure yet AGAIN...walked in 9am to do this 2 1/2---3 hr procedure yet FAILS to mention there is ANY issue at all for the billing until AFTER the test.
