The custom name rings are cute but they faded with a week, I’ve sent several emails and messages. Communication is awful here. The jewelry is otherwise nice but I wish it remained as advertised for longer than a week or a solution could be come to via communication. Overall a bit disappointing.
Cute, affordable, meaningful experience today. Took my sister for her sweet 16 and I couldn’t be anymore happier with the results and customer service. Would recommend for anyone looking to get permanent jewelry! Thank you!!!
Not only was the ring I ordered poor quality…I was refused a return. Even worse, no apology, no offer of exchange, not even kind word. Poor customer service on top of poor products. Black hue down the entire center of the stone. Looks awful I know working a small business is hard so I always support and give the benefit of the doubt but the rude responses set me off. Stay away.
DO NOT BUY! THE PICTURES ARE SOO DECEIVING ! I PAID OVER $80.00 FOR A NECKALCE FOR A GIFT FOR SOMEONE FOR CHRISTMAS . I WOULD NEVER GIVE IT SOMEONE FOR CHRISTMAS I WOULD BE EMBARESSED. IT LITERALLY LOOKS AND FEELS LIKE IT COST 25 CENTS OUT OF A TOY MACHINE AT THE GROCERY STORE ! THEN THEY TOLD ME NO RETURNS ! ABSOLUTE GARBAGE !
1 chain tarnished in 2 showers would not replace. I wear all my gold and jewels in the water. She says to keep pearls out of the water, really pearls are from water! Business ethics horrible
