I had a very disappointing experience at Isballa Unisex Salon. The customer service was unprofessional, the atmosphere felt uncomfortable, and I did not feel valued as a client. I left unhappy with the service I received, especially for the amount of money and time spent. Communication was poor and the overall experience did not meet basic expectations. I normally try to support local businesses, but unfortunately I would not return or recommend this salon based on my experience.
my experience at Isabele Salon! The staff was welcoming, professional, and really listened to what I wanted. Josiane did my hair and it came out beautiful—plus she’s super fast! I’ll definitely be back! ♀️🥰
Isabel and Kenya are amazing stylists and the only ones I'll go see to press my natural hair. They are extremely patient and kind. Wouldn't trust my natural curls with anyone else!
