I made an appointment online as instructed and received a text message a few hours later that the appointment slot is not available and to rebook for the following week. Since there were multiple appointment slots available for every single day (including the time I originally booked) I attempted to call the salon to make an appointment. I've been going to Isabella for a couple years. I have tried a couple of other places that are way closer to me. But they are not nearly as good. So I can continue to drive about 30 minutes further. Because she's absolutely amazing. I'm older not old l o l, so I've had a lot of facials over my time and nobody matches her.
I’ve been seeing Isabel since 2020 and I cannot recommend her enough! Her facials and massages are top tier. Her technique and customer service are 5/5 stars! I never leave my appointment before booking my next. If you’re looking for a sign to book with her, this is it.
