We had a horrible experience with the office as a whole. The lady doing xrays hurt my son's mouth and made him cry. This had never happened, and I have a few kids. The dr then filled in a cavity and extracted a tooth. She was in such a hurry she left my son's filling literally with walls on each side. It was so high he couldn't chew for 2 days while the office was closed for holiday. When we finally were able to come back in, the front desk clerk didn't give us two minutes of his time. Overall bad experience. Nice doctor but I felt that she did not make my daughter comfortable at all during her visit. My daughter went in to get some fillings. I was told that I would be watching her from a window but on the day of her appointment they took her into a room and told me I was not allowed to go in with her, and there where no windows in the room at this location. Getting strapped down to a chair and getting multiple shots in your gums is scary enough as an adult yet alone a child in a room with no one she knows... read more
