I cannot say enough AMAZING things about this store or the owner. We live 2.5 hours away, however my daughter was unsuccessful in finding a prom dress nearby. We contacted Isabella James and spoke with the owner. She was kind and helpful from the moment we spoke. My daughter was able to make a weekend appt, try on every dress and fell in love with multiple dresses! Giving 5 stars because WHY NOT! I came from DFW area and I saw the inventory and said they have exactly what I’m looking for! I was visiting family down here. Cassie was such a doll to work with! I loved her and the inputs and expertise of wedding background she had. There just very nice dresses. Cassie just made my experience wonderful. Out of all 4-5 bridal shops this was the ONE. I wish every bride the same experience.
Walked in just to look around and see what style of dress I liked, not really planning to walk out with anything. Ashley was super helpful and sweet the whole time. She made me feel comfortable, even though I was super nervous. Ended up walking out with the most beautiful dress at a wonderful price! They really do work with your budget and style. Everything was absolutely wonderful and it couldn’t have gone any better. Thank you guys so much!!
