I’ve been in the cleaning industry for 15yrs. As a professional I’m shocked at the lack of professionalism from the owner Sydney and would never consider representing a company that is so wanting of basic decorum. Thank you but, no thank you.
1 star. We are a really great family looking for a housekeeper/nanny. I found Sydney’s company on yelp. At first, she seemed to be on board with all our needs, really helpful, attentive, and super nice. She brought us her friend Deyanira who wanted to work out a different deal than job specified. Then, she brought Elsa who was overwhelmed by size of house and no background check had been done on her before presenting her to me.
