I would strongly caution anyone considering Isabella Apartments. My central A/C has been unreliable to completely inoperable for over five weeks, including the hottest stretch of summer. This is despite five separate vendor visits. Management’s only response has been to drop off portable coolers—loud, uneven, and expensive to run. They are no substitute for the permanent system I pay $2,135/month for. Communication from both the office and regional team has been minimal, with no repair plan or written timeline. Paying for a fireplace which hasn’t worked for over 8 months…bathtub has been on the list for repairs for over 2 years…rusted and the liner has peeled back to reveal steel. Paying waaay too much money for the condition of the home
The staff here is 10 stars. Kind, respectful, and very willing to help. We enjoy the apartment. Super spacious and the dogs have a lot of room, but it can get pretty stuffy if you dont leave the AC on or have a fan. The units are older, so some things could use some updates/renovations, but the maintenance team is always on top of it and management is communicative. The amenities are excellent. The clubhouse has been great for card nights with my friends and the gym has great variety.
We've been at Isabella for almost 4 years. We moved here from our home in Evergreen, and like living here very much. The management is great - responsive, communicative, and helpful. The staff is always busy keeping the grounds well-maintained and attractive. We particularly like the pool and use the exercise facilities often. Called to schedule tour, the lady who answered the phone began with, “what can I help you with.” Very rudely like she hated her job. Ignoring the introduction I continued to try to schedule a tour, and the women needed to know the exact date and time I was planning to move in. I’ve never been asked that at any property before. Month sure, that’s acceptable, date and everything else just caught me off guard.
