We had a very nice lot with mountain views in Evergreen, CO which we needed to sell after an unexpected move to North Carolina. We didn't expect it to take long to sell given it's location and views. We enlisted a realtor we had worked with previously to list it. It sat for several months with little activity. The realtor did very little in trying to draw visibility to the lot.
