Yep another bad review on another thing at this clinic. I didn't ask the doctor to cut my cats nails at all. At no part of our discussion was his nails brought up v money was a bunch of times extra ass on stuff and more money was discussed but never ever ever was cutting his nails all the way down to the nubs next to had me thinking he was declawed. 0/10. Scheduled an appt as a new visitor and had trouble finding the office. Called the office to let them know i would be 13 minutes late and was told that is 3 minutes past their 10min deadline and my cat would not be seen. That I could still try to get there but if later than 10 mins she couldn’t be seen. I would’ve had no problem waiting considering i was the one late but it was just a “no she won’t be seen”. 3rd day after surgery, Isabella is doing well. Thank you to everyone that took care of her.
My family took our kittens in for their first checkup. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Dr. Alex and her staff were excellent!
What an incredible bunch of people. We brought our kitten in to be neutered and the staff were so helpful. We never felt like we were being rushed. Everything was explained to us, from the moment we got there to the time we would be back to pick him up. The first animal hospital I've been to that didn't smell like a giant litter box full of wet dogs. If you have a choice, I highly recommend making the people at Plainfield Animal Hospital a part of your pets life. You won't be disappointed. Thanks again for taking such wonder... read more
