This is a longer review than I would normally write, but given the significance of a wedding dress and how this situation was handled, it feels important to explain my experience. Some background: I ordered my wedding dress from Isabel O’Neil on February 22, 2025, for my wedding on March 21, 2026. I had the BEST experience at Isabel O’Neil’s. They had a wide range of styles and price ranges and the consultants were all fantastic! We had Nicole, she was so sweet & did a great job getting me into the dress of my dreams.
Just purchased two dresses from here within the same week. Both our daughters are getting married this coming year and they had separate appointments for dress shopping. Stephanie helped us both times and was wonderful. She was patient, sweet, accommodating and listened to exactly what they wanted. She found the perfect gown for each of them. We never felt rushed and had a wonderful experience both visits! We love their selection and are so excited about the gowns :)
