Dr. Bueno is my favorite doctor of all time! She is kind, caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, and hardworking. She knows her craft. She will always be there to help you out with anything that you need. Go Dr. Bueno!!!
Terrible doctor, had to do the “threat” of “could you put in my chart that you refused to do testing” to get her to order tests. And before this I waited over an hour in the actual room the automatic light turned off she came in saying sorry because she “gives her patients attention”. But only saw me for 15 minutes told me I look young and healthy and I had to threaten to even get tests run. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this dr. Had some very nice PAs though I luckily only met Isabel once.
Just a disappointing experience overall from staff communications to lack of appointments.
Dr. Bueno is an excellent Dr. She is warm, compassionate, and very thorough. I had to go through many not too good General Practitioners and I am thrilled to have found her. I would highly recommend Sr. Bueno.
I’ll be honest, I’m not sure why I am unable to get through to make an appointment via calling the office, but when I have left voicemails and called repeatedly this entire past week I haven’t had 1 follow up call. I would love to change my review and be seen by the doctor since this is my primary, I have been in a lot of pain this past week and haven’t had any follow ups. Not sure what my next step should be.
