I do not recommend. Contacted Cody Dockens for a consult and was told to follow up by email and it would be apart of the consultation fee of $100. No response has come yet 2 months later. I have called twice and asked for a response. Nothing not even a phone call. When I did call I was told Cody was very busy and do I want to retain services. Attorney, Melissa Isaak is absolutely the BEST in her field. She worked tirelessly and relentlessly in presenting our case to the judge on behalf of our son's rights as the father of our grandson. Her knowledge of family law is amazing to say the least. Absolutely do not use this firm!!!! I used them years ago, and I still to this day regret that decision. The only reason I’m here posting today is because I’ve seen a lot of traffic on Facebook recommending these people.
