They have Had my car since february 28 and Indidn’t get it back until May and my car is still messed up. Took it too another mechanic and they will not go behind it and try to fix it because they do not go after Isacs work. Mechanic said their have been many complaints about Isacs Transmission. I wish I would have know I would have never wasted my money. It is not June 1st. Still can’t find anyone who would go after his work.
I wouldn't recommend this automotive shop to anyone cause they're a straight rip off. The first time I took my vehicle there Tommy claimed he couldn't check my vehicle cause my check engine light wasn't blinking which that's a dam lie then in that same day I had to take it back and kept it for two days. When I went Friday to pick up my vehicle he said it's my crank shaft sensor in motor. Tommy recommended that I take it to Duren in Leesburg GA to let them fix it and I took it there today and the guy said that he has at least... read more
Had my car for 3 months and it is worse than when I brought it to him, Don't be fooled by the warranty because your car won't even be working to utilize it. Picked my car up and now I have to take it to someone else to get a diagnosis after I already paid him and its been 3 months of back and forth. Would not recommend at all, doesn't return calls or keeps you up-to-date with the process of months long repair. My transmission is still not fixed $2800 later.
