If I could leave no stars, I would. Ordered Penguin Club. There was hair in my sandwich on the cheese, through the entire thing. Disgusting. Called the store, spoke to the manager and she admitted it was her hair and said how employees aren’t required hair nets. Will never go back. Absolutely disgusting.
ordered $60 worth of food from this dump… my sandwich was wearing a wig. there was so much hair in my food my family almost fell apart and all hell broke loose. this awful experience impacted me mentally. I do not recommend this place unless you are looking for bad customer service and hairy food.
This used to be a hip, quirky little sandwich chain in eastern PA that propagated a fun 80s vibe in the stores and sold upscale, delicious sandwiches that were playfully named after various birds. Only the last part of that sentence is still true. In the past 5? 6? years, this chain has plummeted in quality.
