We needed help since we are new to Kentucky. Dana was especially helpful with her knowledge and friendliness. She was able to answer all of our questions and worked very quickly to get us the coverage that we needed. We highly recommend Isaac's insurance. I am so grateful for Isaacs Insurance! Mr. Harold was the reason I able to finally obtain insurance for 2023. And Ms. Dana was equally instrumental in helping complete my insurance for 2024. First of all Harold guided us on the coverage we needed, then he took time to find us the best policies and the best pricing. We have rarely needed to file a claim, but when we had to, he happily guided us through the process, explaining everything and making it as smooth and painless as possible. I have always received what I believe to be the best service for my needs. Isaacs Ins is always helpful to meet changes that I've encountered and will take the time to find the best insurance policies that are suited for me. I have moved all my insurance needs to Isaacs, due to quality and value of service that I receive.
