Overall its very good.
We used to be regular customers at Isaac's, especially when we had friends and family visiting from out of town. It was always one of our favorite places to take guests. Unfortunately, after our visit this week, I don't think we'll be bringing anyone back. The sandwiches are now around $15, but the portion sizes have shrunk dramatically. They are nowhere near what they used to be and certainly don't justify the price. 1/5 Stars - Poor Customer Service & Misleading Coupon PolicyI visited the Lemoyne location at 1200 Market Street and had a deeply frustrating experience with their management regarding a promotion. I attempted to use a "Buy One, Get One Free Entrée" coupon, which clearly states it is valid after 5:00 PM.Because my order was initiated right before 5:00 PM, the staff and management completely refused to honor the coupon. This place is dead.
The food is usually good, but sometimes it’s just a soggy mess. Don’t sleep on their house chips! Lots of vegetarian options.
