I am only giving this location 2 stars because of the service we received from our server and the managers. My bill for 2 people came to just over $54.00. No alcohol. Just water. Well, I ordered soda water and my friend ordered regular water. When I got the bill I was shocked. Issac's used to be affordable for lunch. My friend's cup of soup was $7.49. Let's go from top to bottom; and this is just from a one time experience eating in. 1st the atmosphere is pretty good, I asked for a booth & got a nice spot. The area is on the smaller side but they redid the interior and it looks nice I'll give them that. 2nd the service was very slow, the young gentleman seemed new and the kitchen manager wasn't much help. If you read my previous posts you’ll see I don’t usually leave negative reviews unless ABSOLUTELY warranted. This is one of those times. We arrived mid-day on a Thursday and were the only customers. The server was quick to ask us what we wanted for drinks, which is as it should be. We then ordered food, and it came out rather quickly. This was the end of the happiness. Most likely just had my last order from here. I used a delivery service and so I know the cost is elevated but holy moly! I ordered a hamburger. It was pictured with fries. But did not come with fries. It also didn’t come with any condiments in it and since there was nowhere to add any I assumed ketchup at the least.
