Isaac’s is a must! I would give 10/5 stars if possible. Awesome place, awesome staff—so helpful and kind. It’s the perfect spot for competitive lifters, but also incredibly welcoming for anyone just starting their fitness journey. We were visiting from Cincinnati for the week and were blown away by the atmosphere and community here. Huge thank you to Isaac, Kirsten, and Jacob for making our experience so great—we genuinely can’t wait to be back in town so we can come to Isaac’s again!

I came in from out of town for a workout for the week. Isaac and his team were amazing! They have great equipment and a good friendly atmosphere. I would highly recommend this gym.

Issacs is 110% the best gym in the Knoxville and surrounding areas. Me and all my boys travel 35+ minutes just to experience the old school vibes. Highly recommended if you are in pursuit of hard, heavy, and humble training. As for Issac, he is a great man, extremely respectful, honest, and a great owner.
