I've been taking my car to Isaac for years now and had no issues when he was in his old shop he communicated respectfully. This present shop in Grandview it's been down hill. I took my car to Isaac's shop he repaired the serpentine belt and water pump. He refused to communicate through phone or text. I called and he would forward me when I had not heard any updates on my car for an extended period of time.
