I have only seen Dr Tawfik twice and had a good experience with him overall. But his office staff needs to learn how to treat human beings with respect. Some of the office staff just doesn’t seem to care about a patient’s feelings. You would think that anyone who works in an office where the doctors care for the heart, they could have a little bit more compassion. Dr. Tawfik is knowledgable, caring and very thorough. He takes his time to answer questions and go over test results. He even went over every medication my mother takes, even meds prescribed by other physicians. Highly recommended.
The best doctor ever his knowledgeable also he Did recommend to do ultrasound for my both legs To make sure all the veins because he saw some Brown dots and swelling legs On 2/19/2025 I met with great and excellent Technicians for ultrasound her name Camille she She did amazing job I appreciate her too much She is knowledgeable and did everything in Perfect way thank you Camille and says good Things to me don’t worrier when you go home Thanks again for great doctor and great technician .
