1/5 I was referred to Monah Law Office through LegalShield, and my experience was very disappointing. I originally had an appointment scheduled for Friday at 2:30 PM and never received a call. I had to follow up myself on Monday and reschedule. When I finally spoke with the attorney, the interaction was even worse. I first met Mr. Monah when a former co worker hired him to represent him. I briefly asked told him about my housing situation and if he could help me. He said yes. Mr. Monah worked tirelessly on my case and we won! Mr. Monah is poised, articulate, intelligent and very knowledgeable of the law. His dedication and professionalism is top tier! His entire staff is top tier as well. Constant communication and not once did I have to worry or question him about my case. I highly recommend Mr. Monah and associates.
Tom was one of the rudest attorneys I have ever talked to! I’ve never experienced this before & I just needed some legal help and advice. He was very rude, & he hung up on me TWICE! Never once did I give him an attitude. I honestly just needed help. If he doesn’t give out “free” legal advice THEN DONT HAVE THE FRONT DESK SCHEDULE AN APPT! It’s called communication. Attorneys are supposed to be there to help you.. if you are looking for an attorney I’d steer clear of this one!
