I get the same person when I call and she is always very rude. She needs to be replaced.
A little disappointed when my doc said I could set up a phone appointment when the reception people tell me I can’t. Doctor O’Neil listens to me good and doesn’t force anything on me.
This clinic need to be shut down and ill make sure it will … receptionists doesnt know anything about what they are doing and they think patients are their slaves … doctor is worse than them refuse to call you back for the result that he already prescribed and for the follow up …just counting patients and making money on our backs !!!!! … the whole clinic will be reported and will be SUED … your are not a doctor you are a greedy person that wants to make easy money .
Most un professional clinic I've ever been too would not recommend this clinic to anyone
