Dr O’Neil is my doctor. I think he’s fantastic! He hears me out, listens to what I have to say or ask. He’s understanding and compassionate. I’ve had a great experience with this clinic.
A little disappointed when my doc said I could set up a phone appointment when the reception people tell me I can’t. Doctor O’Neil listens to me good and doesn’t force anything on me. However, their receptionist staff seems to have improved. I was treated very professionally by the one receptionist.
My new doctor wouldn't offer to help at all. Flat out declined me. Horrible person, no compassion. Find another clinic if you need help.
All you get if you try to call ((can you please hold)) and then after so many minutes they just hang up on you, they're very rude not helpful at all
