My new doctor wouldn't offer to help at all. Flat out declined me. Horrible person, no compassion. Find another clinic if you need help.
All you get if you try to call ((can you please hold)) and then after so many minutes they just hang up on you, they're very rude not helpful at all
This Amusan was very rude to my wife, and gave her misinformation about post partum after care with type 2 diabetes. Said that the doctors at royal alexander would cover it, being completely belligerent, now we have to find a different family doctor to refer us because we will absolutely not being going back there. Guy just wants to obviously make money, getting people in and out as fast as he can.
I get the same person when I call and she is always very rude. She needs to be replaced.
A little disappointed when my doc said I could set up a phone appointment when the reception people tell me I can’t. Doctor O’Neil listens to me good and doesn’t force anything on me.
