Ordered tyres. Got told a couple of days. I had to ring to follow it up. "Oh yeah they're here" took two loose wheel and tyres to them so they didn't damage my car or wheels. When I picked up the wheels there was a decent scratch and dint on the face. Still waiting for a phone call to replace or repair the wheel.. if I could give negative stars I would. Do not recommend.
Needed a spare for the van, just before closing time on a Saturday. The guys fixed me up with a spare immediately. Great service.
I came in with two flat tyres. One had to be replaced and the other fixed. The service was good. They fit me right in. The price on the new tyre seemed exxy but this is Mt Isa so I’m not sure what the going rate is for a new tyre.
Crusty gentleman representing this establishment clearly not a people person. Zero customer service skills, not at all interested in providing civil service to his customers. There are a lot of other tyre vendors in Isa.
First thing Monday morning rolled in with a slow leak. They were able to jump in and fix straight away. Thanks guys. Appreciate the urgent fix so we could get back on the road.
