The team does a very thorough job!
Shocked at the poor cleaning job done. In addition they charged an extra 25% higher fee than the quote provided without providing a reason. They also heavily stained a 2 day old shower curtain. The house was left with dirty floors, no polishing, and dirty surfaces. I really don’t know what they did for the exception of a light wash in the bathroom, windows, beds being made and some re-organization of items. I would go through every item that needs to be cleaned if you use this service.
I can’t be more pleased with the service provided by ISA Cleaning LLC. They have been providing cleaning services for me since 2007. I find them to be pleasant, responsible, professional, accommodating, trustworthy but most important honest and with integrity. I can’t expressed enough how please I am with their service. I have referred them to neighbors and friends and will continue to do so.

We have used ISA for several years and in our experience they’re the first cleaning company whose high quality hasn’t declined after the first few months. I’ve recommended them to several friends who are also very satisfied customers. Leandro and the team are communicative (text reminder prior to coming with details on that days timeframe) and always respectful of our schedule especially during the Covid pandemic. Would recommend - 10/10.
