I’ve been to this salon before and had a decent experience, but after today, I strongly advise: avoid at all costs. I wish I had read the reviews about their stylist, Olga, beforehand—unfortunately, I didn’t. I came in with over $1,500 worth of premium hair extensions (22-24 inches) and requested 25-30 sandwiches to be installed for a long, layered look. Was in Vancouver for few days and decided to get a haircut. Looked at the reviews and decided on IS Salon. I was greeted warmly and offered a warm Tea on a cold and rainy day. Katie was my stylist and she was fab! Back in Ontario and wondering when I can fly back to have her cut my hair again! Highly recommend her! Loving my new look!

I go for a wash/dry and style with Olga every single week because she’s so talented.  Her head massages are beyond anything or anyone I’ve ever experienced, and I come out feeling completely relaxed.  I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an incredible scalp massage with strong hands.

I HIGHLY recommend Olga for a hair wash/dry and style.  I go to her roughly once a week just to experience her head/scalp massage because of her strong hands and fingers.  I seriously melt into her chair.  She’s more talented, more thorough than most massage professionals, and she makes it last.
