Absolutely fantastic. I have never used IS plumbing before but won't hesitate to call them in the future I got a frantic call from my elderly mum with onset dementia her toilet was overflowing due to a faulty valve. We turned the water off and called Ian from IS plumbing and heating. He didn't hesitate he came straight out and fixed the initial problem and a couple of others.
