We contacted IS plumbing and heating to arrange looking at installing a new heating system at our property. Ian was very quick as responding and visited our property the following day. We were interested in installing an air source heat pump which Ian was very knowledgeable on and discussed it with us in detail. Absolutely fantastic. I have never used IS plumbing before but won't hesitate to call them in the future I got a frantic call from my elderly mum with onset dementia her toilet was overflowing due to a faulty valve. We turned the water off and called Ian from IS plumbing and heating. He didn't hesitate he came straight out and fixed the initial problem and a couple of others.
