Nothing joyous about Dr Joya. How is she allowed to work with patients when her attitude sucks? Completely unprofessional, condescending and rude behaviour. She acted like I was taking all her time, as if I didn’t just pay to be there. Threw my paperwork at me, done nothing but rush me out of my appointment and honestly, showed zero maturity. However Dr Sam is the best, 10/10.
Great doctors and staff. Well looked after place. Only down fall is when your doctor request a referral to be sent off most of the time the receptionist don’t send it off therefore you yourself have to ring up so you can figure out what’s wrong with your health because they haven’t emailed it to the correct people. It’s very frustrating
