Great People and Great service. Hands down the BEST around.
Great people to deal with. Very upfront and honest about repairs being made and the cost of those repairs. 6 months into pulling a trailer on a daily basis and not a single issue on my rebuilt 4L80E transmission. Hope I never need to have another transmission rebuilt but if I do I wouldn't take it anywhere else but here
December 2024 This is a top-notch transmission specialist. They diagnosed my 2013 F-150 as a bad lead-frame in the transmission, no charge, then located & ordered it from out of state, (this is not the knock off component but OEM currently difficult to come by. Some local shops use knock-off components that do not last), They had my truck ready within just a few days. *THE COST; 1/2 the total price of EVERY shop that gave me an estimate! I highly recommend them.
This place was great not only did they look at my car for free and give me a correct diagnosis but they also helped me get my money back from the previous shop I took my van to because they ripped me off and did a bunch of work with out asking me. Which is against the law in Illinois which I didn’t know. Until they told me. They were honest, fast, and basically told me the car wasn’t worth what it would cost to fix and I really appreciated that. Not only am I super grateful for this place but they also got a new customer.
