I recently boat a new Yamaha 195S boat from them as they were the closest place to my state that would take snowmobiles in on trade. The purchasing was fine but the customer satisfaction after the sale was horrible. The boat came will a hole in the drivers and a battery that would not hold a charge. Looking at other reviews it appears they are just shuffling around the bad batteries to whom ever will keep them. I purchased a 2024 Yamaha SX190 and had the pleasure of working with Harry. I had my 2 kids who are 6 and 8 and my 80 year old grandmother with us during the test drive and let me say Harry couldn’t have been nicer and easier to deal with. My kids and grandma mentioned how pleasant he was. Once we started talking numbers he was fair and transparent. Terrible service department. Will not help with a repair, will not help source parts, no help whatsoever. Stay away at all costs. Service person on phone was incredibly rude and condescending. Quite disappointing. Use a smaller local shop if you have the chance.
Easy to rent a boat, everyone super friendly and helpful.
