I purchased a used 2023 SeaDoo Spark from Irwin Marine with 41.5 hours on it. Just two months later, at 65 hours, it began having jet pump issues and the engine developed a knocking sound. I understand it was a used machine and that issues can happen, but my experience with Irwin Marine sucked. When I purchased the SeaDoo, I thought the coolant looked low. Staff is very friendly and helpful. This location is very nice and clean with so many options. They have any accessory you could need for your boat/ski or fun in the sun! Very nice retail store.

If I could give zero stars I would. I would stay far away from this place if you plan on purchasing used or they are brokering. Bought a boat they were brokering with 58 hours. At 58.6 hours the motor locked up, called service my response was “we will not even be able to take a look at it until after winter”. Great customer service when a boat you sold lost an engine after not even a half hour. The salesman “said” he put in a claim on my boat for new floor mats under warranty and would ship them since I was three hours away,... read more
