Have dealt with Irwin since '95. Shelly runs an honest, reputable shop. Nick C, Steve F provide professional service. The service recommendations are very reasonable, suggesting only what you need. Any problems that I experienced we're addressed fairly, to my satisfaction. They will do what it takes, including working with Ford to straighten out issues that fall in the fuzzy/gray zone of responsibility. They back up their work. They have earned their high score, for both sales and services.
