Giancarlo and Alex are amazing. We had an older furnace that had been making a weird noise. Alex came over a couple of hours after the initial call, diagnosed the problem and found a replacement part! Installation was speedy and smooth! He even took the time to replace my filter and make sure everything was tidy afterwards. Super accommodating and willing to work with my schedule.

Overall very positive experience, especially considering I had received quotes from four companies to replace a boiler system that was 27 years old. Irwin Heating & Cooling did a through on-site inspection for the quote, and left me feeling confident with their knowledge and explanation of the work that was required. The installation of the new boiler on September 3rd went smoothly. Overall I would recommend Irwin Heating & Cooling.
