We were told our a/c ducting would be repaired by Sunday or Monday. Multiple calls and texts have been completely ignored. He was aware that our problem was causing unhealthy air to be blow in our house. We have children and you would assume they would put a rush on it. 5 days later and not a phone call, text, or even a glimpse of acknowledging the problem we were told would be fixed. HORRIBLE customer service. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL!
