While I find Dr Hametz very good as a doctor when you get to see him, can't say that for office and support staff. Two attempts to see him with Appointment and both times wait time to see him over 1 hour, I left both times. Sorry my time is just as valuable as anyone in that practice. They relentlessly bombard you with text messages reminding you of your Appointment some as early as 730 am, you think they could have the courtesy to text/call you that the Dr is running behind, no they do not, shame on them. Dr. Hametz is caring, kind, friendly, knowledgable and very thorough .
Dr Hametz is one of the absolute best doctors I have ever been too. Smart kind caring friendly and very helpful. Love him and I recommend him to everyone. So thorough and was so wonderful When my son started medication. Nothing was ever a issue with him. Always very eager to help
