Waited two months for an estimate after sending architectural plans and having someone come review the job. The estimate never came. Called and texted numerous times, and I was consistently told "it's coming soon, we're working on it." Going on 3 months now and still no estimate. Never had a worse experience when trying to give someone a large amount of business.
