The Body shop was great to work with. Desireé communicated frequently with updates and delays. When there was a miscommunication with my insurance and the expected completion date, she went above and beyond to help me figure it out.
In September 2025 my near pristine 1996 Miata MX5 was "T-Boned on the left rear quarter panel and part of the drivers door. Worse news . . .try and find a 1996 left rear quarter panel to replace it! The body tech assessed the damage and concluded he could make it all good! After driving for 55 years without an accident, I had two minor accidents in the past year. I am very satisfied with both repair jobs on my Subaru Crosstrek. Both repairs were completed ahead of schedule. When I picked up my car I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was cleaned inside and out. It was immaculate. All of those I had contact with were courteous and friendly. I highly recommend Irwin Collision.
After a lifetime of driving I experienced my first ever accident. While the situation was stressful Irwin Collision was amazing to work with. They communicated with me daily giving me updates on the repairs and even finished the repairs earlier than anticipated. Very kind, very quick, very meticulous service. I absolutely recommend them!
Excellent service. They keep you very well informed throughout the entire service, make fantastic repairs, and deliver the car on time as promised. Hopefully I never need their services again but will use them if needed in a heartbeat. The car looks brand new after repairs.
