Wait times are awful. 4+ hours in the evening to have my 2 year old looked at while active duty fly in and out.

The service at this hospital is extremely disappointing. It’s unbelievable that my wife and I waited about an hour and she was never even seen, despite coming to the emergency room with a genuine need for immediate attention. An ER is supposed to prioritize urgent care, yet that clearly was not the case here. To make matters worse, when we arrived, there wasn’t a single person at the reception desk. Dear Irvin Hospital: This is to respectfully provide a feedback about the reception service of physical therapy department at Irwin Community Hospital. I had an appointment scheduled for physical therapy on 12/17/2025 at 1400. I came a bit late around 1405 and checked in in the kiosk. At that time the lady at the reception discussed personal matters with someone not related to work. I politely asked lady if she sees my check in that I did electronically. They pushed off my 8-10foit pain to complete other side of hospital saying it's not urgent enough don't come here
