Waited 2 hrs to get checked in, and have been here another 3 hrs and still havent got seen. Last time I was here, I at least left in 5 hrs (thinking that was long). This is my last time coming to this ER

The desk lady had attitude, I told her that i had a car accident and I hurt my knees. She made still stand while she "needed" to talk to me. Lack of empathy. The doctor too. They actually didn't care. I've been to other on base ERs and they never treated me like I wasted their time. The ambulance people did tell me that I can go to the ER when I needed to but now I'm here rating this ER for lack of service and rudeness. Hope you'll remember me!!

Save your time and go to a hospital off base. I brought my baby, who is not even 2 months old, in because she was vomiting blood. We were checked in at 9:22 and then left sitting there for over 2 hours without ever being seen. During that time, no less than 7 people who arrived after us were taken back before we were.
