16 weeks to get an appointment, disgraceful.
Sat there for an hour after my app time, told they were running late. Walked out as couldn't wait any longer.
Lovely modern premises with an on site pharmacy and well trained friendly staff, and the Drs aren't bad either!
First time visit to Irwell Medical Pratice . Wow! What excellent service from the two lovely ladies on to the the two nurses that treated me. All of the the said staff had a fantastic professional but friendly attitude with smiles on their faces . Absolutely the best face of the NHS in Bacup . Well done to the staff & management, keep up the great work
