Stay away from Irv's. There's better options in town compared to this dumpster fire. 1. Tried duping me out on a oil pressure sensor when the oil level was OBVIOUSLY low, which I don't know why they didn't check that first? 2. When I got my vehicle back from them after the ABSURD quote, they didn't even bother putting my dashboard back together and I had to have a different mechanic do it for them. 3. Poor communication, gave them 2 weeks and nobody gave me a quote for my truck. Called 3 times to remind them about a quote and they still haven’t worked on it. Lazy
I can’t say enough wonderful things about this business. I called with no notice and these guys got my vehicle in and fixed in no time. If they wouldn’t have been able to look at my vehicle the problem would have drained my battery. Also they never even charged me and told me to have a Merry Christmas. That just never happens in today’s world I was blown away
