What a Ridiculous quote. 250$ max each for a CV axle(500$). Trying to charge me 2000$+ for labour. Lazy mechanic wants more money for something that isn’t that difficult with all the right tools it’s just about getting the whole mechanism put back on. Staff is great, my vehicle was ready when they said it would be.
Stay away from Irv's. There's better options in town compared to this dumpster fire. 1. Tried duping me out on a oil pressure sensor when the oil level was OBVIOUSLY low, which I don't know why they didn't check that first? 2. When I got my vehicle back from them after the ABSURD quote, they didn't even bother putting my dashboard back together and I had to have a different mechanic do it for them. 3. Poor communication, gave them 2 weeks and nobody gave me a quote for my truck. Called 3 times to remind them about a quote and they still haven’t worked on it. Lazy
